Tuttosport claim that Juventus have agreed personal terms with Matt O\u2019Riley and are in negotiations with Brighton and Hove Albion, but must sell a midfielder first.<\/p>\n

It was no secret<\/a> that the Denmark international was one of the candidates for the Turin giants, especially with Sporting CP demanding \u20ac60m for Morten Hjulmand.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Riley would be considerably cheaper and is reportedly eager to move on from Brighton just one year on from his \u20ac29.5m move from Celtic.<\/p>\n

Roma, Olympique Marseille and Atalanta<\/a> were also known to be tracking his progress, but Juventus seem to be well in the lead for his signature.<\/p>\n

That is because Tuttosport suggested today<\/a> that the Bianconeri agreed personal terms with a five-year contract worth circa \u20ac3m per season net.<\/p>\n

However, this investment cannot be made until Juve have sold some of their current midfielders, with Douglas Luiz, Weston McKennie and Fabio Miretti all on the way out.<\/p>\n

The asking price is believed to be over \u20ac30m, perhaps closer to \u20ac40m, for a player who has struggled to find consistency at Brighton and Hove Albion.<\/p>\n
