OnePlus hasn\u2019t formally announced its next smartwatch \u2013 the brand as a whole is in question right now \u2013 but the new OnePlus Watch 4 has just been posted to a global OnePlus website, revealing nearly every detail about the Wear OS watch.<\/p>\n

The OnePlus Watch 4 has popped up a couple of times lately, including with some global packaging showing up earlier this month<\/a>. But with OnePlus looking increasingly likely to shut down its global operations, an actual global release has been a mystery.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s now looking a whole lot more likely, though. <\/p>\n

The OnePlus website has just posted the OnePlus Watch 4\u2019s promo page in full. This doesn\u2019t show up on regional sites, but rather the generic \u201cglobal\u201d website<\/a> meant for \u201cother regions.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no official announcement, no social media teasers, really nothing you\u2019d expect from a new product launch.<\/p>\n

Whatever is going on behind the scenes, the OnePlus Watch 4 at least looks like a pretty solid setup. The Wear OS watch is running Wear OS 6 with \u201cOxygenOS Watch 8\u201d and the same battery life as its predecessor \u2013 16 days in power saver, 5 days in \u201csmart mode,\u201d and 3 days for \u201cheavy use.\u201d The battery size is nearly identical at 632 mAh. Gemini is advertised here too. <\/p>\n

The big change this year is the physical hardware, with OnePlus Watch 4 getting an all-titanium design that uses a titanium alloy for the entire case. Watch 3 also used this material, but only in the bezel, with the rest of the case made from stainless steel. As a result, OnePlus Watch 4 is lighter at 43g (68g with the strap), while measuring in at 47.4\u00d747.4\u00d711.0 mm, a bit thinner. <\/p>\n

Other aspects are pretty much the same. Snapdragon W5 chip alongside a BES 2800 to facilitate the ability to swap back and forth between Wear OS and a low-power RTOS, sapphire crystal over the display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a host of health sensors. Watch 4 has a number of health certifications<\/a>, notably lacking in the US.<\/p>\n

It looks like a solid overall update but, as mentioned, the mystery here is around the actual launch. There\u2019s no price mentioned on this listing, nor any release date. Given OnePlus is cutting staff<\/a> and officially \u201cevaluating\u201d its global business<\/a>, who knows what will actually happen\u2026<\/p>\n
