We are Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James\u2019s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, and the \u201cPromoter\u201d). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship\u00ae in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.<\/p>\n
This promotion consists of two (2) prize draws, the March Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw (collectively the \u201cPrize Draws\u201d).<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d, and the \u201cparticipant\u201d means the individual entering the Prize Draw.
\nBy entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d).<\/p>\n
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use<\/a> of formula1.com<\/a> shall apply to your use of formula1.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.<\/p>\n 1.\tWHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW<\/p>\n 1.1\tSubject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:<\/p>\n a)\tare aged 18 and above, or, where the age of majority in their country of residence is above 18, are of the age of majority;<\/p>\n b)\thave access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);<\/p>\n c)\tare, subject to Paragraph 1.2(c) and (d), residents of the UK, EU, USA, and other territories where their operation and the Prizes are permitted; and<\/p>\n d)\twhere the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and\/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).<\/p>\n Where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter.<\/p>\n 1.2\tThe Prize Draw is not open to:<\/p>\n a)\temployees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;<\/p>\n b)\tpublic officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them;<\/p>\n c)\tresidents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus; and<\/p>\n d)\tresidents of Australia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Poland, the Canadian province of Quebec, Spain, the State of New York, USA, and the State of Florida, USA, and any territories where either the Prize Draw\u2019s operation and the Prizes are not permitted by applicable law or regulation.<\/p>\n 1.3\tIn entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.<\/p>\n 2.\tHOW TO ENTER<\/p>\n 2.1\tThe April Prize Draw will run from 16:00 BST (local time in London, UK) on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 (the \u201cOpening Date\u201d) to 16:00 BST (local time in London, UK) on Wednesday 29th April 2026 (the \u201cClosing Date\u201d) inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be eligible to win any Prize.<\/p>\n 2.2\tAll valid entries into the March Prize Draw submitted between the Opening Date and the Closing Date will also be entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw.<\/p>\n 2.3\tIn order to enter the Prize Draws you must, prior to the Closing Date: 2.4\tThe winner of the Prize Draws will be contacted via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of entering the Prize Draws. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.<\/p>\n 2.8\tWe accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.<\/p>\n 3.\tPRIZES<\/p>\n 3.1\tApril Prize Draw. Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, the winner of the April Prize Draw will be entitled to receive the following prize, which will be provided by Foris Limited t\/a Crypto.com (the \u201cApril Prize\u201d):<\/p>\n a)\ta bundle of Formula 1 merchandise including: 3.2\tGrand Prize Draw. Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, the winner of the Grand Prize Draw will be entitled to receive the following prizes, which will be provided by Foris Limited t\/a Crypto.com (the \u201cGrand Prize\u201d):<\/p>\n a)\tone (1) pair of three-day (3) 2027 Formula 1 Paddock Club\u2122 tickets to one of the following Formula 1 races of the winner\u2019s choice: Austin, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Barcelona, Belgium, Canada, China, Hungary, Japan, Madrid, Mexico, Monza, Netherlands (\u201cPaddock Club\u2122 Tickets\u201d); and<\/p>\n b)\ttwo (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest from the most suitable (as determined by us) international airport located within the winner\u2019s country of residence to the winner\u2019s selection of race. Winner and winner\u2019s guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all travel arrangements through us; all travel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and the winner\u2019s guest must possess all necessary documents for travel (\u201cFlights\u201d); and<\/p>\n c)\tthree (3) nights hotel accommodation (based on sharing\/twin occupancy) near the winners choice of race for the winner and their accompanying one (1) guest (\u201cHotel\u201d);.<\/p>\n The April Prize and the Grand Prize, each a \u201cPrize\u201d and collectively the \u201cPrizes\u201d.<\/p>\n 3.3\tThe Prizes listed in Paragraph 3.1 and 3.2 above consist of the Prizes only and do not include any associated costs or expenses. Any costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winner.<\/p>\n 3.4\tThe winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including customs duty, levies and\/or other import fees to which the Prizes may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.<\/p>\n 3.5\tThe approximate retail value of the Prizes is as follows: b)\tIn respect of the Grand Prize:<\/p>\n \u2022\tGBP \u00a312,240 (TWELVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) for the Paddock Club Tickets.<\/p>\n \u2022\tin relation to the Flights and Hotel and the value will vary depending on the flights and hotel available at the time of booking.<\/p>\n 3.6\tThe Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.<\/p>\n 3.7\tWe reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or any part of any Prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is\/are not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of the Event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.<\/p>\n 3.8\tThe Prizes as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize (including Paddock Club tickets) issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.<\/p>\n 4.\tWINNER<\/p>\n 4.1\tApril Prize Draw:<\/p>\n a)\tThere shall be only one (1) winner across all valid April Prize Draw entries.<\/p>\n b)\tTo determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for the April Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.<\/p>\n c)\tThe draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James\u2019s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than Friday 1st May 2026.<\/p>\n d)\tThe winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 and\/or 4.4 below) by email no later than Monday 4th May 2026 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize.<\/p>\n 4.2\tGrand Prize Draw. b)\tTo determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for the Grand Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.<\/p>\n c)\tThe draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James\u2019s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than Friday 11th December 2026.<\/p>\n d)\tThe winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 and\/or 4.4 below) by email no later than Friday 18th December 2026 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize.<\/p>\n 4.3\tIf the winner does not respond to us and\/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner\u2019s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and\/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize).<\/p>\n 4.4\tIf the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner\u2019s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner.<\/p>\n 4.5\tThe decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draws are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.<\/p>\n 4.6\tProof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Prize Draws here<\/p>\n

\nc)\t(optional) submit your favourite driver and your favourite team on the Prize Draw webpage.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022\tone (1) Formula 1 water bottle; and
\n\u2022\tone (1) Formula 1 team t-shirt from a team of the winner\u2019s choice which is competing in the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship for Constructors.<\/p>\n
\na)\tGBP \u00a3100 (ONE HUNDRED GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) for the April Prize; and<\/p>\n
\na)\tThere shall be only one (1) winner from all valid entries across the March Prize Draw and all other Overtake of the Month 2026 prize draws operated by us.<\/p>\n
