Coming off a six-win improvement under second-year Head Coach Taylor Clarke<\/a>, Eastern hosts 10 home matches in 2025 at Scicluna Field<\/a>. \nThursday, Aug. 14, at 4:30 p.m. vs Cincinnati \u2014 734 Day (Season Opener)
\nWe’ll kick off the season by celebrating Ypsilanti with a 734 Day t-shirt giveaway (while supplies last) and a special appearance from Swoop. The senior class is deeply connected to the local community and wanted this game to reflect their appreciation for Ypsilanti.<\/p>\n
\nThis match lands right after move-in, so we’ll partner with Housing to promote it to incoming students. Planned activations include:

\n\t“My First Eastern Game” photo op sign
\n\tSoccer knowledge quiz
\n\t“Build Your Syllabus” activity for the season
\n\tTeacher Appreciation & outreach to local schools
<\/p>\n
\nWe’ll honor our senior class while continuing to strengthen community ties by inviting local organizations and supporters to attend. Swoop will be on hand to help us celebrate our seniors.<\/p>\n
\nA white out game to show school spirit, followed by Field Day at Rynearson Stadium. We’ll also spotlight the importance of mental health, especially for student-athletes navigating challenges both on and off the field.<\/p>\n
\nWe’re going big with a green out to show our pride. Students can get exclusive giveaways, including hard hats and limited-edition t-shirts.<\/p>\n

\n\tKids Club members will join the team on the field as anthem buddies and participate in a halftime scrimmage.
\n\tPostgame autographs for all youth in attendance.
\n\tFraternity or Sorority with the highest attendance will receive a signed team soccer ball.
\n\tStudent-athletes will be in full force to support their Eagles!

\nIn partnership with Volleyball, we’ll raise awareness for breast cancer during October’s awareness month.<\/p>\n
\nA fall-festive match celebrating community, soccer, and seasonal fun \u2014 complete with food, games, and themed experiences.<\/p>\n
\nFans can donate dog food or toys to support a local shelter and receive a recycled tennis ball. A fun, dog-friendly day for all ages. We are welcoming all EMU soccer alumni, featuring a halftime recognition.<\/p>\n
\nCostumes encouraged! We’re bringing Halloween to the pitch with Kick or Treat for local families. Girl Scouts will also be in attendance for a full weekend of fun, capped off with Swoop and post game autographs.
