Toronto\u2019s leaders scrambled this week to contain the chaos<\/a> brought about by a giant pile of ice the rapper set up near Yonge and Dundas Sts. \u2013 and then made sure to melt the remains before Mother Nature got a chance.<\/p>\n In his motion, Pasternak said the controlled blast created \u201ca large fireball, mushroom cloud, loud explosive noise and vibrations that was seen and heard throughout the Ancaster-Downsview neighbourhoods.\u201d<\/p>\n While posters were put up and flyers were sent out, \u201cthis proved to be inadequate,\u201d Pasternak\u2019s motion said.
