Live coverage of UFC Vegas 116 begins in the late afternoon tomorrow at 5 pm ET\/ 2 pm PT with the prelims. Inside the United States of America, the action can be seen gavel-to-gavel via Paramount Plus. <\/a>Main card action caps the evening at 8 pm ET\/ 5 pm PT.<\/p>\n

UFC Vegas 116 Main Event Cleared for Takeoff After Weigh-In Window<\/p>\n

Tomorrow night’s UFC Vegas 116 main event <\/a>is locked in <\/a>following the Friday morning weigh-in session. Featherweight action takes place in the headliner when No. 5 contender Aljamain Sterling<\/a> (146 lbs) fights No. 7 contender Youssef Zalal <\/a>(145 1\/2 lbs.)<\/p>\n

This fight is an advertised maximum of five rounds at five minutes per round to close out the event<\/a> from Meta Apex in Enterprise, NV.<\/p>\n

UFC Vegas 116 Co-Main Event Also Official with Weigh-Ins Friday Morning<\/p>\n

Your co-main event of the evening at the Meta Apex is confirmed, as well. The women’s bantamweight division receives the co-main event slot tomorrow for a battle versing No. 3 contender Norma Dumont<\/a> (135 1\/2 lbs) and No. 11 contender Joselyne Edwards (135 1\/2 lbs.)<\/p>\n

This is a three-round fight at five minutes per round. Both contestants in the co-main attraction came in within half of a pound of the 136-lb nontitle maximum afforded to bantamweights.<\/p>\n
