FAIRFIELD, Calif. (April 26, 2026) \u2013\u00a0Freshman Kaitlyn Helm<\/a> moved into the Top-10 on day two of the West Coast Conference Championships Sunday.
\n\u00a0
\nHelm recorded third birdies to card a second-round one-over 73 to move into a tie for tenth. Senior Hannah Harrison<\/a> joins Helm in the Top-25 after finishing the second round tied for 24th and eight over. Junior Sara Pineros<\/a> and sophomore Agnes Brink<\/a> are tied for 26th at nine-over while sophomore Grace Rubelsky<\/a> is tied for 30th and ten over.

\nThrough two rounds, WSU sits fifth, just five strokes back of Augusta for fourth.
\n\u00a0
\nThe Course and Tournament Format
\nThe WCC Championships is played at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, Calif., the same course as last season.
\n\u00a0
\nThe course plays as a par-72 at 6,174 yards.<\/p>\n

Eight teams will play 18 holes each day.<\/p>\n

\nFreshman Kaitlyn Helm<\/a> enters the WCC Championships averaging 73.96 per round this season, currently the WSU Single-Season record for a freshman (74.03, Alice Johansson<\/a>, 2023-24).
