Over 4,000 passionate fans packed the El Paso County Coliseum on Saturday, April 25, for CFC 6: Proving Grounds<\/a>, one of the strongest cards of local\/regional MMA action in recent memory. The event featured eight professional bouts filled with debuts, finishes, emotional moments and breakout performances that showcased the depth of talent in the Southwest scene.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a full recap of the results:<\/p>\n

Opening Bout: Adrian Galindo defeated Donevin Manuel by Submission (Round 3)<\/p>\n

In a back-and-forth battle, newcomer Adrian Galindo<\/a> impressed in his professional debut, submitting Donevin Manuel <\/a>(who stepped in on just three days\u2019 notice) in the third round. Galindo showed composure and skill under pressure in a solid showcase fight.<\/p>\n

Samael Carrasco defeated Adan Lopez by TKO (Round 2)<\/p>\n

Samael Carrasco<\/a> picked up a second-round TKO victory over Adan Lopez<\/a>, who was making his pro debut in front of his hometown. Carrasco capitalized on a strong opening to secure an early finish in the second round. Credit Lopez for sticking in it going into the second round.<\/p>\n

Calvin Dunning defeated Ricardo Ramirez by TKO (Round 2)<\/p>\n

CFC veteran Calvin Dunning<\/a> made a successful pro debut with a second-round TKO over Ricardo Ramirez<\/a>. In an emotional post-fight moment, Ramirez was honored for his retirement, sharing a heartfelt thanks with his family and kids in the cage. It was a respectful end to a fighter\u2019s career and a strong step forward for Dunning.<\/p>\n

Whitley Brow defeated Dianna Ramirez by Submission (Round 1)<\/p>\n

Both fighters made their pro debuts in a competitive, back-and-forth scrap. Whitley Brow<\/a> emerged victorious with a first-round submission, showing poise in her transition to the professional ranks after a 5-0 amateur career.<\/p>\n

Eli Perez defeated Adrian \u201cYani\u201d Munoz by Submission (Round 1)<\/p>\n

Adrian \u201cYani\u201d Munoz<\/a> looked sharp early in his pro debut, landing big strikes and putting Eli Perez<\/a> in some trouble. Perez weathered the storm, however, and turned the tide with a first-round submission win.<\/p>\n

Anthony Camacho defeated Luis Cruz by TKO (Round 1)<\/p>\n

El Paso\u2019s own Anthony Camacho<\/a> earned his first professional victory (improving to 1-2), stopping Luis Cruz<\/a> with a first-round TKO. Camacho called the win especially meaningful, delivering a special moment for his local supporters.<\/p>\n

Co-Main Event: Emmanuel Berumen defeated Alejandro Diaz by TKO (Round 1)<\/p>\n

In a high-energy co-main event, Emmanuel Berumen<\/a> scored a first-round TKO over Alejandro Diaz. Despite the loss, Diaz looked strong against his opponent in front of his hometown.<\/p>\n

Main Event: Victor \u201cEl Guapo\u201d Santillan defeated Juan Monsivais<\/p>\n

Local standout Victor \u201cEl Guapo\u201d Santillan <\/a>bounced back strongly from his pro debut loss in October 2025, defeating a tough Juan Monsivais<\/a> in the night\u2019s main event.
