According to <a href=\"https:\/\/majorprojects.alberta.ca\/details\/203-60-Avenue-SW-Calgary-Apartment-Complex\/11850\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Major Projects Alberta<\/a>, Cadillac Fairview is the developer behind the project, with Zeidler Architecture listed as the architect.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesigned as a transit-oriented development, the purpose-built rental project is strategically located a block from CF Chinook Centre and immediately adjacent to the Chinook LRT station, underscoring the company\u2019s commitment to fostering vibrant and thriving communities across Canada,\u201d Cadillac Fairview\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadillacfairview.com\/developments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> website states<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This new development is just one of many new projects coming to Calgary.
