{"id":633211,"date":"2026-04-28T02:43:10","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T02:43:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/633211\/"},"modified":"2026-04-28T02:43:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T02:43:10","slug":"suspect-in-dane-nisbet-murder-apprehended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/633211\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspect in Dane Nisbet murder apprehended"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sarnia police say a suspect wanted for the shooting death of a local junior hockey player has been arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Few details have been released, but police <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sarniapolice\">posted on social media<\/a> on Monday evening that 24-year-old Kyaw &#8220;Chin&#8221; Doe had been apprehended in the Dane Nisbet case.<\/p>\n<p>Doe was wanted for second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm while prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>He had been the subject of a Canada-wide warrant.
