The woman called 911 and was taken to hospital, where evidence was again collected.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This time, when police reviewed CCTV footage from the area of the crime, officers were able to identify a suspect.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A warrant was signed by a judge allowing police to obtain a sample of the suspect\u2019s DNA.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On April 14, 2026, police say the DNA came back as a match to the samples gathered from the two sexual assault investigations.<\/p>\n
