\u201cI was so future-focused and past-focused that I forgot to live in the moment and be present,\u201d she said during media day. \u201cThat became my life motto, just owning the moment, owning the possession, owning where my feet are.\u201d<\/p>\n

For a player used to high expectations since her UConn days, it was a revealing look at the pressure she carried into her first professional season.<\/p>\n
