Let\u2019s dive in.<\/p>\n<p>Eat most of your calories before sunset<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Everyone\u2019s eating habits vary, but dietitian Collin Popp says <a data-i13n=\"cpos:2;pos:1\" href=\"https:\/\/health.yahoo.com\/wellness\/nutrition\/healthy-eating\/articles\/eat-majority-calories-time-day-120040879.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:\u201cfront-loading\u201d calories;cpos:2;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cfront-loading\u201d calories<\/a>, or getting most of your calories earlier in the day, may be better for health. Why? This approach aligns with your circadian rhythm and may improve energy, metabolism, blood sugar control and even sleep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Front-loading calories can also help curb hunger, which may prevent overeating post-sunset. An easy way to break down your daily calories is 25% to 40% at breakfast, 30% to 40% at lunch and 15% to 20% at dinner, with snacks making up the rest of your day.
