Thorbjornsen had initially secured a place in the tournament before being bumped following Alex Fitzpatrick earning PGA Tour membership after victory at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans on Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Cadillac Championship marks the PGA Tour\u2019s return to Trump National Doral and its iconic Blue Monster course for the first time in a decade.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The venue previously hosted elite-level golf for more than 50 years, from the Doral Open era (1962\u20132006) through the WGC-Cadillac Championship (2007\u20132016).<\/p>\n
World number one Scottie Scheffler headlines the field, however, the tournament is missing several high-profile names.\u00a0<\/p>\n
