It\u2019s not a laughing matter: MAGA<\/a>-supporting comedian Rob Schneider<\/a> wants ABC<\/a> to fire Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> for making jokes.<\/p>\n

The former \u201cSNL\u201d<\/a> cast member apparently didn\u2019t like it when Kimmel joked last week that Melania Trump<\/a> has \u201ca glow like an expectant widow,\u201d<\/a> a joke that was made well before Saturday\u2019s shooting at the White House Correspondents\u2019 Dinner.<\/p>\n

On Monday, two days after the shooting,<\/a> the first lady demanded Kimmel\u2019s ouster. <\/a><\/p>\n

Schneider, a former \u201cSNL\u201d<\/a> cast member, agreed with the first lady and took to X on Wednesday<\/a> to post an open and very long letter to Walt Disney Company CEO Josh D\u2019Amaro.<\/p>\n

In his diatribe, Schneider called for Kimmel to be canned for \u201ca pattern of reckless, dehumanizing rhetoric that disrespects human life and contributes to the toxic climate of hatred and violence threatening our nation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schneider also claimed \u201ckeeping Mr. Kimmel on your network\u201d represents \u201ca serious and dangerous mistake that reflects poorly on Disney\u2019s values and leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n

After comparing the Melania joke with Kimmel\u2019s previous edgy jokes about Charlie Kirk after his death, the man who gave the world \u201cDeuce Bigelow: European Gigolo\u201d declared, \u201cThis is not comedy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Instead, Schneider said Kimmel\u2019s comments were \u201cthe kind of dehumanizing language that lowers the threshold for violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a major network platform repeatedly portrays the President, his family, and his supporters as legitimate targets for contempt, or worse, violence, it does not entertain; it incites.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schneider said the Disney Company\u2019s \u201cplatforming\u201d of \u201can individual who has shown such blatant contempt for basic human decency\u201d allows \u201cthat legacy to be stained.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schneider ended his message by declaring that \u201cthe eyes of the nation \u2014 and history \u2014 are watching.\u201d<\/p>\n

I am writing to you as a concerned American and longtime supporter of the Disney brand and former Disney employee to urge you, in the strongest possible terms, to immediately remove Jimmy Kimmel from ABC\u2019s airwaves.<\/p>\n

Schneider likely intended to come across as a principled statesman in his post, but a simple Google<\/a> search suggests beef more personal than political.<\/p>\n

Back in March, Schneider declared on Bill O\u2019Reilly\u2019s podcast <\/a> that Kimmel has been \u201cdeballed by his wife,\u201d Molly McNearney \u2014 also the co-head writer for Kimmel\u2019s show \u2014 and claimed she has \u201ccompletely ruined him.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also insisted that \u201cliberal women who have lost their minds are controlling these men, and these guys have no more balls.\u201d<\/p>\n
