It was driven by increased nickel and gold production. <\/p>\n<p>The value of fish landings increased by 6.3 percent in 2025, and aquaculture production reached a record high of 37,480 tonnes, nearly doubling the amount from the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>The national GDP is 1.2, while the province\u2019s is at 5.5.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Minister Craig Pardy says that\u2019s well above the other provinces and territories. <\/p>\n<p>PEI comes in second place at 2 per cent while Alberta is third at 1.8 per cent.
