We believe he has world championship potential, and we\u2019re going to develop him the right way while moving aggressively.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Covington\u2019s promotional deal was secured by manager and Wise Owl Boxing founder Mark Habibi.<\/p>\n<p>Manouk Akopyan is The Ring\u2019s lead writer.
