ConnectingOntario is a provincial digital health initiative that enables authorized providers to access patient information from multiple sources in one secure system. PACE Cardiology\u2019s participation marks a meaningful step toward a more connected, patient-centred healthcare system.<\/p>\n
This achievement positions PACE Cardiology as a leader in community-based cardiology, strengthening how patient information is shared across hospitals, primary care, and specialists.
