This woman took a dealership by surprise when she took a Superbird<\/a> NASCAR in to be serviced.<\/p>\n Emelia Hartford found this custom Plymouth Superbird inside a barn and decided to take it to a dealer.<\/p>\n She was curious to see if a modern dealership could handle her \u2018vintage stock car missile\u2019.<\/p>\n With a Dodge R5P7 900hp race engine and a Cup car chassis, there was a lot to contend with.<\/p>\n The staff at this dealership was stunned when this Superbird NASCAR arrived<\/p>\n The dealership in question was located in Huntington Beach, California.<\/p>\n Upon arrival, the car\u2019s presence was felt \u2013 its sheer volume was enough to get the entire service department to down their tools and gawp at it.<\/p>\n \u201cI think everybody knows we\u2019re here\u2026everyone just decided to take five minutes and come out,\u201d Hartford<\/a> commented.<\/p>\n Staff could be seen surrounding the car to get a look at it, and could you blame them?<\/p>\n This car didn\u2019t only deliver in terms of scale, but in terms of pure star quality and charisma.<\/p>\n In a striking blue, this Superbird looked like it had rolled straight out of a box of Hot Wheels, and what\u2019s not to love about that?<\/p>\n During the inspection, it was discovered that the car was a 1970 model.<\/p>\n This came as a surprise to Hartford, who had been convinced it was a 1969 model.<\/p>\n Regardless of what year it had been produced, there\u2019s no denying that this Superbird made quite the impact with people at the dealership.<\/p>\n One remarked that he had heard it coming from five miles down the street.<\/p>\n While that may not be true down to the mile, it does speak to this car\u2019s impressive roar. <\/p>\n Emelia Hartford has a knack for finding some truly awesome cars <\/p>\n Somehow, Hartford always ends up with a truly great find when it comes to her car content.<\/p>\n Lest we forget, this was the YouTuber who found an abandoned Lola T70 kit car hidden in some undergrowth.<\/a><\/p>\n That\u2019s not to say she\u2019s had an easy time when it comes to getting her car road-ready.<\/p>\n We couldn\u2019t possibly forget the time she bought a fire-damaged Porsche 911 GT3 for a pittance<\/a>.<\/p>\n And when we say a pittance, we mean it \u2013 $1 in total.<\/p>\n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t# Tags –![\"California](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Plymouth-Superbird-2-1.webp.webp\")
