Police investigating targeted shooting of North Delta business<\/p>\n

Police are investigating after a business on the Delta\/Surrey border was shot at in the early hours of Saturday morning.<\/p>\n
At around 3:41 a.m. on May 2, Delta police responded to a report of shots fired in the 8200-block of 110th Street in North Delta.<\/p>\n
Officers arrived on scene, located shell casings, and confirmed several shots had been fired into an unoccupied business, according to a DPD press release.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhile the incident appears to be targeted, police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the shooting, and it is unknown at this time if it is extortion-related,\u201d the release states.<\/p>\n
Investigators will be in the area today (Saturday) canvassing for video evidence and speaking with witnesses.<\/p>\n
Police seek any information or video footage recorded at or around the time of the incident.<\/p>\n
