More than 2,500 participants laced up their shoes over the weekend for the 2026 Foodfare WPS Half Marathon & Relay.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The event brought together runners of all levels, along with volunteers, race crew members, and Winnipeg Police Service personnel, who helped ensure the safety of participants and spectators along the route.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
This also included the Winnipeg Police Service’s new Rapid Response Unit, which used its skills for the first time at the popular event.<\/p>\n
