A night of entertainment doesn\u2019t have to break the bank. Heading into their upcoming season, there\u2019s never been a better (and more affordable) time to be a fan of top-level basketball and the Brampton Honey Badgers.<\/p>\n

Tickets as low as $20 are now available<\/a> for Honey Badgers games at Brampton\u2019s own CAA Centre, running from May 15 until August 1, as part of the upcoming 2026 Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) season.<\/p>\n

As one of the five teams in the league\u2019s Eastern Conference, the Brampton Honey Badgers<\/a> are a renowned professional basketball team comprised of some of the world\u2019s top athletes, vying for a championship in what may be the most thrilling CEBL season yet.<\/p>\n

Known for winning the 2022 CEBL Championship, the Honey Badgers have only been getting better this off-season with some major developments: the team recently signed 2025 CEBL MVP Candidate Sean East II<\/a>, who scored the most points in a single CEBL season in 2025 with the Edmonton Stingers (582).<\/p>\n

\u201cSean East II is an MVP-caliber player and a foundational piece to build our franchise around,\u201d said Al Whitley, the recently appointed Honey Badgers CEO<\/a> as of November. Whitley brings to the table his experience as a former NBA Executive for 22 years in the Dallas Mavericks organization.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis marks a significant day for our organization and for our fans across Brampton and the entire Peel Region.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another recent addition was the signing of former NBA signee Landers Nolley II<\/a>, who is coming off an MVP-calibre season in France and leading the league in scoring at 20.3 points per game.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe brings high-level international experience, and his style of play will definitely complement our roster. We\u2019re looking forward to welcoming Landers to the Honey Badgers family,\u201d said Honey Badgers General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Jermaine Anderson.<\/p>\n

The team isn\u2019t just expanding with new talent \u2013 they\u2019ve also welcomed Nav Bhatia, renowned \u201cSuperfan\u201d for the Toronto Raptors, who will be bringing his trademark passion and enthusiasm as a community ambassador<\/a> for the Honey Badgers.<\/p>\n

Through the partnership, the organization will be working alongside the Superfan Nav Bhatia Foundation to inspire youth and organize community initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat the Brampton Honey Badgers represent is an opportunity to work much closer with the youth in my own backyard, with the community I grew up alongside,\u201d said Bhatia.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s shaping up to be an exciting season for the Brampton Honey Badgers.
