The Tucson Wildlife Center reported helping a young coyote that got twisted up in a soccer net.<\/p>\n
TUCSON, Ariz. \u2014 A coyote tangled up in an unfortunate situation managed to safely get back into the wild thanks to help from an Arizona nonprofit.<\/p>\n
The Tucson Wildlife Center<\/a> recently reported helping a juvenile male coyote that was found trapped in a soccer net. The organization said the netting had constricted tightly around the animal’s airway, potentially creating a life-threatening complication.\u00a0<\/p>\n After sedating the coyote, the veterinary team managed to carefully cut away the net’s tangles until the coyote was completely freed of the netting.
