A stunning waterfront penthouse in the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver was recently listed for $35,900,000, a huge drop compared to a previous listing for the property.<\/p>\n

Daily Hive Urbanized covered a listing for PH3101 located at 277 Thurlow St. at Three Harbour Green back in March 2022, when it was listed for $49 million, meaning around $13 million has been shaved off the 2022 listing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The current $36 million price tag also puts it well above the current assessed value<\/a> of $23,203,000.<\/p>\n

According to the Zealty listing, Rennie & Associates Realty is the agent for the property, which features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 11,000 sq. ft. of \u201cseamless\u201d indoor and outdoor living.<\/p>\n
