Lyrically, I\u2019m exploring how my own middle-aged introspection doesn\u2019t always bring a brighter light. I see my own trappings reflected in those around me. Here I am imploring them to slip the noose to see another day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>The new song follows the noise rock direction of the previously released single \u201cHum of Hurt,\u201d showcasing a grinding groove-driven riff.
