The stars of the episode also co-wrote it, and series creator Christopher Storer directed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tPer the official description, the episode follows \u201cthe two friends\u2019 complicated relationship, uncovering new layers of Mikey\u2019s mental state while offering crucial insight into the man Richie is when audiences first meet him in season one \u2014 adding emotional context that reframes their story from the very beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tMoss-Bachrach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DX9nYQ7tsMw\/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ%3D%3D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">revealed the surprise on his social media<\/a>, writing: \u201cCOUSINS! PRIMOS! CUGINI!!! Get ready for GARY!!!! We are so excited to finally share this little adventure with Richie and Mikey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/07\/the-bear-renewed-season-5-fx-1236447261\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Bear\u00a0was renewed for Season 5 in July<\/a>\u00a0and it is set to premiere later in June. An exact date has yet to be revealed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe show, which was created by Christopher Storer, also stars Lionel Boyce, Liza Col\u00f3n-Zayas and Matty Matheson, with Oliver Platt and Molly Gordon in recurring roles.
