The Chicago Sky<\/a> released guard Hailey Van Lith<\/a> on Monday despite a couple of strong performances in the preseason.<\/p>\n

Coach Tyler Marsh explained the decision<\/a> as a matter of \u201cnumbers\u201d and called it \u201ctough\u201d to let Van Lith go. The Sky replaced her with veteran guard Natasha Cloud, who signed a one-year deal.<\/p>\n
