Then Jeff McNeil hit a grounder right at Henderson that could have been a double play. But he didn\u2019t field it cleanly and the Orioles managed only one out on the play. Kurtz followed with his triple that put the A\u2019s up 3-1.<\/p>\n
MIAMI \u2014 Foster Griffin struck out a season-high nine over seven innings of two-run ball, and Jacob Young homered as Washington beat Miami.<\/p>\n

After the Phillies climbed out of a six-run hole and tied the game on rookie Justin Crawford\u2019s\u00a0first major league homer\u00a0\u2014 a two-out, two-run shot in the eighth \u2014 Colorado reliever Victor Vodnik (1-2) went 1-2-3 through the heart of the Phillies lineup in the ninth, then pitched a scoreless 10th.<\/p>\n
