Witnesses interviewed by police said they saw the vehicle strike a first man, then turn around to target a second man, whom it \u201cnarrowly missed,\u201d explained Sergeant Audrey-Anne Bilodeau.<\/p>\n<p>The pedestrians, two young men aged 18 and 28, sustained injuries that are not life-threatening.<\/p>\n<p>The driver was quickly located by police thanks to information provided by the victims; he was arrested for hit-and-run resulting in injury and armed assault, with the vehicle serving as the weapon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation has been assigned to the Major Crimes Unit.
