Being able to have players that have your back and always will pick you up, even when you&#8217;re not having the best game. Always in your ear, putting a lot of confidence into you. It&#8217;s been great, I&#8217;m happy we got the win tonight and we just continue to grow and get better because this wasn&#8217;t our best.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Reese, who was <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/wnba\/story\/_\/id\/48412523\/sources-wnba-sky-trades-angel-reese-dream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">traded<\/a> to the Dream from the Chicago Sky in exchange for two first-round picks on April 6, finished with 11 points on Saturday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">She only shot 4-of-11 from the field and committed five turnovers, but also picked up 14 rebounds and three blocks to go along with two steals. This included a last-second block on a layup attempt from Minnesota&#8217;s Emese Hof to seal the win.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">&#8220;It was tough for me, obviously, because I didn&#8217;t finish well tonight and I was really hard on myself,&#8221; Reese told reporters (1:45 mark). &#8220;But this is what basketball is and we talk about it all the time, about next best action and being able to be ready for the next possession. I knew I needed to come up for my teammates on that last possession and get that block no matter what happened before that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">&#8220;I just give kudos to my teammates for continuing to instill confidence into me,&#8221; she added. &#8220;My rookie year, I probably would&#8217;ve just melted down and not been able to fight back and just be able to come out with that big block.
