Police say investigators believe there could be more victims in and around the Ottawa area in connection with a case that has led to sexual assault charges against a 42-year-old man.<\/p>\n
In a May 8 media release, the Ottawa Police Service<\/a> said its Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) unit had arrested Donald McNeil in March after launching the investigation in December 2025 into allegations involving a child in 2013 and two adults in 2025.<\/p>\n Charges against McNeil, the release said, included two counts of sexual interference, one count each of invitation to sexual touching and forcible confinement and four counts of sexual assault.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n Anyone with information about the case was asked to call the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 5944.
