Ravens<\/a>\u2019 new coaching staff had never experienced an NFL Draft room before.<\/p>\n\u201cA lot of these guys came from college, and they\u2019ve never been in the draft room during the draft. In the fifth round this year, we brought the coaches in so they could experience it right up close and personal.\u201d<\/p>\n
DeCosta explained earlier in the interview that Baltimore spent much of the offseason teaching the new coaches how the organization\u2019s scouting and draft process works.
