Johnny Manziel is going to be boxing social media star Bob Menery at the UFC Apex. Seriously, this is a thing that is happening.<\/p>\n

The former quarterback for the Texas A&M Aggies, Cleveland Browns<\/a>, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Montreal Alouettes, Memphis Express, and the Fan Controlled Football Zappers will reportedly make his boxing debut on May 23 in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

Kick streamer Adin Ross\u2019<\/a> Brand Risk Promotions, which is well-known for putting celebrities in boxing matches with content creators, will promote the fight, according to ESPN<\/a>. UFC President Dana White<\/a> will be hosting the event, which will be broadcast live on YouTube, Kick, Twitch, X, and TikTok.<\/p>\n

\u201cMenery hits me up and says, \u2018Who are you betting on?\u2019 I said, \u2018I\u2019m betting on you don\u2019t even show up, that\u2019s my bet,\u2019\u201d White said on Instagram<\/a> in April. \u201cMenery never does anything he says he\u2019s going to do,\u201d White added. \u201c\u2026 There\u2019s no way 49 percent of people believe in Bob Menery and that he\u2019s going to show up.\u201d<\/p>\n
