Things did not go according to plan for Caitlin Clark<\/a>, Lexie Hull<\/a> and the rest of the Indiana Fever<\/a> in their first game of the new WNBA<\/a> season.<\/p>\n

All the hype surrounding the Fever took an immediate hit after they suffered a 107-104 loss<\/a> at home to Paige Bueckers<\/a> and the Dallas Wings<\/a> on opening night.<\/p>\n

On Monday, Hull took to social media to share some photos from the Wings game. After the loss, Hull and her friends headed to Lucas Oil Stadium to catch Morgan Wallen in concert<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cgame at 1, concert at 7,\u201d Hull captioned her Instagram post.<\/p>\n

Clark was one of the first Fever teammates to react to Hull\u2019s post. She left a two-word comment for Hull.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood aura,\u201d Clark wrote.<\/p>\n

Clark and Hull have built quite a friendship over their time together with the Fever. Hull has become one of Clark\u2019s closest friends on the team. In fact, the former Rookie of the Year helped Hull announce her decision<\/a> to remain in Indiana during free agency.<\/p>\n

On the court, Clark and Hull make quite the pairing for the Fever\u2019s backcourt. Clark is an offensive powerhouse, while Hull is widely considered one of, if not the best, defensive players on the squad.<\/p>\n

Clark had a noteworthy performance in their season-opening loss to Dallas. The two-time All-Star logged 20 points, five rebounds, seven assists and two triples in 31 minutes. Hull, however, went scoreless in 15 minutes off the bench.<\/p>\n

Clark and Co. will be looking to bounce back in their next game. They play on the road for the first time this season on Wednesday. The Fever<\/a> face the 0-1 Los Angeles Sparks<\/a> at Crypto.com Arena, with tipoff scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET. <\/p>\n
