Investigators say surveillance cameras captured Evans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/07\/14\/beyonce-unreleased-music-stolen-atlanta-cowboy-carter-tour\/\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">breaking into<\/a> an SUV just two days before Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s Atlanta stop on her &#8220;Cowboy Carter&#8221; tour. The Jeep was rented by a member of Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s team who had a flash drive of unreleased music that was swiped.<\/p>\n<p>He was facing six years in prison &#8230; but he was sentenced to two years in the plea deal. Evans previously pleaded not guilty and turned down an earlier deal in March.
