Stephanie Miceli said they responded to a call in the area of Midland Avenue and Steeles Avenue East shortly after 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A child was transported to the hospital, \u201cwhere they remain,\u201d Miceli said in an email to CP24.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">She did not say the circumstances that led to the child being hospitalized.
