Additional features include a new food and beverage outlet and a fitness centre.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is situated within walking distance of Guildford Town Centre and other local amenities, including the Guildford Recreation Centre.<\/p>\n<p>It has also opened Caf\u00e9 1967, a new food and beverage outlet offering a variety of barista-made drinks and fresh pastries.<\/p>\n<p>Sandman Signature Surrey-Guildford Suites general manager Partrick Akuagwu said: \u201cFrom the expanded lobby area to fully renovated suites, every detail has been thoughtfully upgraded to reflect the Signature brand.
