(Chopper 24) <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">When officers arrived, they located two victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police say.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The victims were later pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not identified them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">No suspect information has been released. (Chopper 24) <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">One area resident described hearing multiple consecutive gunshots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cAt first, you hear one gunshot, then it kinda like stops,\u201d the resident, who was getting ready inside his home at the time of the shooting, told CP24.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThen like two, three seconds later, you hear like four, five, six in a row kinda just out of nowhere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He remembered seeing dozens of police cruisers and ambulances arriving when he went out to check what was happening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019ve never seen it before,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police say they will have a large presence as the homicide unit investigates the shooting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A shooting in Vaughan has left two people dead, York Regional Police say.
