Therefore, steep price cuts and discounts on the brand’s latest models are more of a rarity, which does not mean that bargain hunters can’t benefit from some Garmin smartwatch deals with decent savings every now and then. <\/p>\n

This is illustrated by a brand-new offer on the very high-priced Garmin Fenix 8 Pro, which comes in two sizes and colors. These flagship watches usually retail for $1,199 and $1,299 respectively, but demanding athletes or outdoor enthusiasts can now save a reasonable $250 or up to 21% when ordering the Fenix 8 Pro on Amazon. Consequently, the 47mm is now on sale for $949<\/a>, while the 51mm SKU has dropped to $1,049<\/a>. Most importantly, this price drop results in Amazon’s best price yet for these wearables, at least according to Camelcamelcamel’s price history<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Fenix 8 Pro with 4G LTE and up to 27 days of battery<\/p>\n

The most significant difference between the Fenix 8 Pro and the regular Fenix 8 is the integrated 4G LTE cellular modem, which can be used to send text messages and make phone calls even when the connected smartphone is not in Bluetooth range. That being said, these useful features require a corresponding Garmin inReach subscription with a monthly fee, which might be a deal breaker for some users. Either way, the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro is equipped with the same vibrant AMOLED display as the base model. <\/p>\n

The manufacturer further advertises a battery life of up to 27 days on the 51mm smartwatch, but that runtime will be cut in half when the always-on display is enabled.
