Shania Twain is gearing up to release her seventh studio album, Little Miss Twain.
Returning to Instagram on Wednesday, the Canadian superstar announced that she will drop her latest project on 24 July.

Reflecting on the album, Shania explained that she was inspired by her childhood in Timmins, Ontario and her love of rock and country music.

“A lot of Little Miss Twain is reflective of my teens, my roots as well as the energy of the rock and R&B I loved so much, but still with that Western twang,” the 60-year-old shared. “Where I’m from, you don’t go anywhere on a horse – you go on a snowmobile. I was dreaming about the Western lifestyle, and I was living in a very different world than where I ended up.”

The album’s lead single, Dirty Rosie, is now available.

And in a statement, executives at Republic Records labelled Shania’s new music to be “her most personal work” yet.

“Shania broke records at every turn, making history as the first artist to ever release three consecutive Diamond-certified albums,” they commented. “Yet even with the range and impact of her past work, she’s never written something as self-referential and introspective as Little Miss Twain. The album gets to the core of her as a person and a musician, only possible with decades of hard-earned wisdom and perspective.”

Shania is to host the 2026 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night.

The You’re Still The One star will then head over to the U.K. to serve as a special guest at Harry Styles’s six-night run at Wembley Stadium, starting on 12 June.

Shania Twain is gearing up to release her seventh studio album, Little Miss Twain.Returning to Instagram on Wednesday,…

[32
49,48,361,4398,75,246506,905,246505,62666,15252,184348
post-668437","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-celebrities","tag-ca","tag-canada","tag-celebrities","tag-country-music","tag-entertainment","tag-latest-project","tag-ontario","tag-republic-records","tag-shania","tag-studio-album","tag-timmins
["GET
