(Courtesy: Montreal Police)<\/p>\n<p>Police allege Oubda sexually assaulted four women in separate incidents between August 2025 and January 2026. He faces charges including sexual assault, administering a noxious substance and overcoming resistance to the commission of an offence.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators believe there may be additional victims.<\/p>\n<p>According to the SPVM, Oubda allegedly approached women in various Montreal bars before inviting them to his residence, where police allege he drugged them without their knowledge and sexually assaulted them.<\/p>\n<p>Police described the suspect as a 29-year-old man with dark skin who speaks French.
