We are getting down to the wire at the 2026 Italian Open<\/a>, but Mother Nature decided to insert herself to make the final weekend action packed and more interesting.<\/p>\n

Saturday will feature matches from every discipline: men\u2019s and ladies\u2019 doubles and men\u2019s and women\u2019s singles.<\/p>\n

A women\u2019s singles champion will be crowned from the winner of the Coco Gauff and Elina Svitolina match.<\/p>\n

Saturday schedule<\/p>\n

Fans with Saturday tickets will be in tennis<\/a> heaven. The day kicks off with three doubles semifinal matches. The men\u2019s matches feature Austin Krajicek and Nikola Mektic vs. Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos. The Italian powerhouse team of Andrea Vavassori and Simone Bolelli headlines the second match vs. Christian Harrison and Neal Skupski.<\/p>\n

The women\u2019s semifinal match rained out from Friday will be played between Diana Shanider and Mirra Andreeva and Jessica Pegula and Storm Hunter. On Sunday, the winner plays Cristina Busca and Nicole Melichar-Martinez, who knocked off the Sunshine Double and Madrid Open champions, Taylor Townsend and Katerina Siniakova.<\/p>\n

Jannik Sinner\u2019s semifinal match against Daniil Medvedev which was postponed with Sinner up 4-2 in the third set will then be finished. The winner plays Casper Ruud on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Following all of those great matches is the women\u2019s final. Gauff is vying to win her first Italian Open title, and Svitolina is going for her third.<\/p>\n
