She married fellow UFC alum Travis Browne in April 2017, a little less than two years after announcing they were dating.<\/p>\n In July 2015, Browne’s previous wife posted photo on Instagram showing bruises across her body. She claimed that the injuries were caused by Browne, alleging that the then-heavyweight beat her.<\/p>\n The UFC placed Browne on leave pending an independent investigation. Rousey claimed the former heavyweight played “f\u2014up mind games” during their relationship, alleging that Schaub — now a comedian and podcast host — didn’t want to be viewed as Rousey’s boyfriend.<\/p>\n Rousey referenced Schaub in her latest book, “Our Fight: A Memoir.” In the excerpt, she detailed that she was in a romance with a fighter who lost to Browne via first-round knockout.
