{"id":673970,"date":"2026-05-16T18:48:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-16T18:48:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/673970\/"},"modified":"2026-05-16T18:48:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-16T18:48:12","slug":"derek-chisora-makes-new-early-ko-prediction-for-tyson-fury-vs-anthony-joshua-thats-his-problem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/673970\/","title":{"rendered":"Derek Chisora makes new early KO prediction for Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua: &#8220;That&#8217;s his problem&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The long-awaited all-British heavyweight showdown between <a href=\"https:\/\/boxingnewsonline.net\/boxer\/tyson-fury\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tyson Fury<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/boxingnewsonline.net\/boxer\/anthony-joshua\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Anthony Joshua<\/a> is closer than ever, with both just needing wins in their \u2018tune-up\u2019 fights in order to seal the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Now, domestic fan-favourite <a href=\"https:\/\/boxingnewsonline.net\/boxer\/derek-chisora\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Derek Chisora<\/a> has updated his prediction ahead of the long-awaited grudge match.<\/p>\n<p>Fury made his ring return back in April, when he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/boxing\/articles\/cwy3ww0rkylo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">outpointed Russian powerhouse Arslanbek Makhmudov<\/a> in a largely uneventful affair at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. For Joshua, excusing wins over Francis Ngannou and Jake Paul, he has not registered a victory over a recognised boxer since 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The 36-year-old looks to soon change that, as he headlines a Riyadh card on Saturday, July 25, against Albania\u2019s Kristian Prenga, looking to build some momentum ahead of a legacy-defining showdown with Fury.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@sunsport\/video\/7637041455843822880?is_from_webapp=1&amp;sender_device=pc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sun Sport<\/a>, Chisora, who has faced Fury three times but <a href=\"https:\/\/boxingnewsonline.net\/news\/chisora-on-winner-in-fury-vs-joshua\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">always predicted a Joshua win<\/a>, has now forecasted that \u2018AJ\u2019 will get the job done inside four rounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTyson can say whatever he wants to say, he is going to talk so much crap. \u2018AJ\u2019 is having a warm-up fight, he has been through a lot, it is in Saudi because the war is done, so we are going to Saudi now for Riyadh Season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe problem with Tyson is that he is jealous, because \u2018AJ\u2019 will do more numbers, more viewers, than he did in his fight on Netflix. This is simple maths.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s going to come in there and talk crap, he can talk so much crap, but at the end of the day, I say this now \u2013 Tyson and AJ?
