\n\tOn Tuesday night, the Seattle Art Museum Supporters hosted its annual fashion-centric \u201cSpring Into Art\u201d benefit in collaboration with Nordstrom<\/a>. The retailer has partnered with SAMS since 1985, helping raise millions of dollars for its hometown art museum while celebrating its fashion partners. <\/p>\n

\n\tThis year, the museum presented an immersive installation featuring Christian Louboutin\u2019s Nudes footwear collection. \u201cBeauty and the Nudes,\u201d which features sketches alongside product from the collection, will be on view at the museum through Saturday.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cMy company, founded just over 30 years ago,\u00a0expanded\u00a0in its early years primarily thanks to the Americas. Throughout all these years, Nordstrom has been part of\u00a0our\u00a0story, so celebrating their 125th anniversary together feels very special,\u201d said Louboutin, who participated in a conversation with Scott Stulen, director and chief executive officer of the Seattle Art Museum, as part of the event on Tuesday. \u201cEver since\u00a0its creation in 2009, \u2018The Nudes\u2019 resonated\u00a0immediately\u00a0in the USA, as\u00a0it is a\u00a0celebration of diversity and all skin tones. Therefore, it felt very natural to showcase it for this special occasion.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTo help Nordstrom mark its 125th annivesary, the designer has also partnered with the retailer for an exclusive capsule collection of footwear and beauty, available in select stores and online.<\/p>\n

\n\tPast \u201cSpring Into Art\u201d benefits have featured designers Joseph Altuzarra, Giambattisa Valli<\/a> and Wes Gordon<\/a>.<\/p>\n
