Matthew Perry<\/a>\u2019s mom, Suzanne Morrison<\/a>, wrote an emotional letter slamming her late son\u2019s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa<\/a>, ahead of his sentencing, TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n

TMZ obtained the letter written by Suzanne ahead of Kenneth\u2019s sentencing in his criminal case. Kenneth is accused<\/a> of helping secure Ketamine for the “Friends” star and even shooting him up at times. Matthew died<\/a> on Oct. 28, 2023. Kenneth injected the star with Ketamine on the day in question.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Matthew\u2019s mom wrote, \u201cMy name is Suzanne. I am also Momma-Mooma, the name my son Matthew gave me.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThe name I loved to hear for all those years,\u201d she said. \u201cHe was Matso, my Manew.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cHe was, in spite of all we went through, my heart and soul. And then one night he was just a body, lying all but naked on the cold, damp grass of his backyard,\u201d Suzanne said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHelicopters circled overhead, eager for a glimpse of my dead little boy, a picture they could show the whole world while I stood out on the street in the cold and begged for a blanket to cover him. Impossible, of course.\u201d<\/p>\n

Suzanne said the next day she went to see Matthew in a mortuary, \u201cand he had been bathed and dressed\u201d and \u201clooked almost beautiful and somehow relieved.\u201d<\/p>\n

The late actor\u2019s mom noted, \u201cMatthew fought for half his life \u2013 more than half \u2013 against addiction. Fought and failed and came back to fight again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Suzanne said she was relieved when Kenneth started working for Matthew. \u201cHe had known Kenny, and so had we, for 25 years,\u201d the letter read.<\/p>\n

She said, \u201cMathew trusted Kenny. We trusted Kenny. Kenny\u2019s most important job \u2013 by far \u2013 was to be my son\u2019s companion and guardian in his fight against addiction.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHis number one responsibility \u2013 ensure that Matthew remained what he wanted to be: drug free. Kenny knew, should he feel unduly pressured, that with one phone call to any number of the people in Matthew\u2019s orbit, reinforcements would be on the way, and his job would be safe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Suzanne said that instead of protecting Matthew, \u201che aided and abetted\u201d his drug addiction.<\/p>\n

She claimed Kenneth \u201carranged for one source of supply, then another. Shot the drugs into Matthew\u2019s body, though he was not in the least qualified.\u201d And he did it again and again.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd when he had killed my son, he kept a sharp eye on me. He sent me songs, he drew a little map to help me find my way around the cemetery,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Suzanne said Kenneth insisted on speaking at Matthew\u2019s funeral, where she claimed he clung to her. \u201cWe trusted a man without a conscience, and my son paid the price,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
