Earlier today, we reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.androidauthority.com\/pixel-watch-biking-data-not-saving-3669863\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cyclists are missing their workout data<\/a>. It was formerly known as the Fitbit ECG app, but has undergone a name change as Google moves away from the Fitbit branding.<\/p>\n<p>Pixel Watch owners are flocking to Reddit to report that they can\u2019t get the ECG app to open on their wrists. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/PixelWatch\/comments\/1tjq1s8\/ecg_app_wont_open\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">These users<\/a> are being greeted by a notification that reads, \u201cReopen the app and try again.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/PixelWatch\/comments\/1tjcb8c\/ecg_not_working_on_brand_new_pw4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">One user<\/a> states that the app fails every time they try to open it on their device. We have spotted several reports of this issue from Pixel Watch 2, 3, and 4 users.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, it appears that Google is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. A commenter claims they received the following response from the support team:<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are currently working to resolve the issue and plan to implement the fix in the near future. To ensure the quickest possible resolution, please keep your Fitbit device and app up to date.<\/p>\n<p>We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
