It’s a fantastic group of kids beyond soccer players, I am over the moon for them and just super thankful to be part of such a good group.”Southside also beat Gray Collegiate 3-0 to win the 4A state title. The championship is Southside’s first in program history.The game was scoreless at halftime, then in the second half Southside’s offense was in a groove. Erik Martinez scored the first goal of the match to give Southside a 1-0 lead. He added another goal a few minutes later and Adriel Rodriguez scored the third goal of the match for the Tigers.”Southside is a little school, and we work really hard during the year to have amazing players,” Tigers head coach Luis Kuronya said. “They deserve to have this award for the first time for the school, and it is not going to be the last one.”\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
