Conor McGregor is set to fight Max Holloway<\/a> at UFC 329 as the culmination of International Fight Week in Las Vegas, Nevada. According to McGregor\u2019s longtime manager Audie Attar, the timing has finally worked out for \u201cThe Notorious\u201d to return to the cage, and that return to the cage will involve more than just one fight and then more years off.<\/p>\n In a new interview with MMA Junkie,<\/a> Attar laid out McGregor\u2019s plan to fight multiple times in quick succession.<\/p>\n \u201cI could tell you he\u2019s looking to stay active,\u201d Attar said. \u201cI could tell you that we had planned for a \u2018season\u2019 during the COVID period, and that never got going, unfortunately. So this is the new season, and he\u2019s definitely looking to stay active. We\u2019re definitely looking forward to to not only this fight, Max Holloway, July 11, and then that next fight, and we\u2019re not gonna wait a year, that\u2019s for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n That\u2019s very interesting news considering McGregor only has two fights left<\/a> on his UFC contract. Attar refused to speculate on where the Irish sports star might go following that but Conor has said he\u2019d like to bare knuckle box and clean out all the top influencers from the Paul brothers<\/a> to KSI.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cAnd then we\u2019ll see. We\u2019ll see kinda what happens from there,\u201d Attar said. \u201cI don\u2019t think we\u2019re looking too far ahead of things.
