Cal Cavendish was a country and folk singer from Calgary. He was pretty good, but he was very frustrated that he wasn\u2019t making enough money despite plowing everything into his music career. He decided to take out his frustrations on the city.<\/p>\n<p>Cavendish happened to have his pilot\u2019s license, so one day in 1975, he grabbed 100 of his new single called \u201cGovernment Inspected\u201d and 100 pounds of cow manure and flew his single-engine plane over downtown Calgary. When he got over Ninth Avenue, he opened the door and dumped all the records and all the manure over the street.
